My sessions with Lisa have been a game changer in hugely reducing my foot pain. I was at a point where I was in constant discomfort, not having anyway of alleviating the symptoms I was experiencing. Lisa has taught me that wearing the “right” footwear is super important in being able to undo the damage from many years of wearing incorrect shoes. I am already in Barefoot shoes and finding I have less and less pain, especially if I keep up my foot exercises. I recommend to give barefoot shoes a try-you need to transition slowly but it's worth it and there are many companies now selling them.
